Main Responsibilties

A minimum of 5 years HR/People/Talent generalist experience in a corporate environment, ideally experience in fast growth companies
Strong knowledge of best practices, employee relations and employee development.
Proven experience in business partnering, leading people initiatives and creating strong teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
Professional certifications are desirable.
Great IT skills, especially strong people systems experience
Project experience in areas such as culture, DEI, development, change, analytics, or reward
Positive approach to problem-solving
Able to work at pace and multitask
