Main Responsibilties

Arctoris is seeking a dedicated and passionate Finance Analyst for this newly created position, as we scale up to meet an increasing global demand for fast, accurate and automated drug discovery data.

  • A true Finance Business Partner that can support and work with teams on a variety of tasks and projects - inputting, reviewing and managing data, planning sales targets, general analysis and reporting etc
  • Support with day to day tasks such as bank reconciliations, AR/AP work, monthly Management Accounts preparation etc
  • Assistance with the year end work (audit, statements etc)
  • Ad hoc / analytical projects as required
  • Run monthly and annual planning process that feeds into forecasts and budgets
  • Pro-actively look for opportunities to improve reporting and analysis
  • Longer term look to define key product and service metrics, KPIs to track and analyse etc
  • Support FC/CFO with presentations eg monthly results and team performance
  • Ad hoc projects to support business decision-making and global growth
Qualifications and Experience
  • Broad/ generalist finance knowledge and experience desired, together with experience of working in a commercial organisation
  • Proven track record of high performance and driving process improvements Strong finance acumen and strong analytical spreadsheet skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Problem solver, highly analytical and commercial thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively and build collaborative, positive working relationships
  • Team player
  • Ideally ACA, CIMA or ACCA part-qualified
